General Characteristics: An evergreen, woody shrub with green to yellow-green leaves. Native to the Big Bear Valley. Flowers & Fruits: Flowers in late Spring. Flowers: small yellow to white rose-like flowers. Often covering the entire shrub. Height: 4-5 feet. Width: 4-5 feet. Horticultural Notes: Available commercially. Once established, requires no irrigation. Attractive perennial shrub requiring little maintenance. Prefers full sun, but will tolerate partial shade. |
