Jason Hall has lived in Big Bear Valley for 30 years. He moved to the mountain in 1974 with his parents and joined the DWP in 1993 as a Service Technician. He was promoted to a Back Hoe Operator, then to the production department as a pump technician 2, and is currently the Production Supervisor. Jason supervises the Production Department, which is responsible for maintaining wells, maintaining booster pumps, and collecting water samples. Jason holds a distribution grade 3 and a treatment grade 1 certificate.
