Office Manager

Diane Muir has lived in Southern California her entire life and moved to Big Bear Lake in the summer of 1987. She joined the DWP staff in March 1990 as a Customer Service Representative. She was promoted to Sr. Customer Service Representative and in December 2001 became the DWP Office Manager. Diane directs and manages the Customer Service, Billing, and the Accounts Payable and Receivable Departments. She has an Associate of Arts degree in business and has earned her Water Distribution Operator Grade 2 Certificate.
