CUSTOMER SERVICE
The DWP takes pride in its high level of customer service and is recognized by the community as a professional, progressive organization, targeting excellence in customer service. At the DWP, all employees agree that the customer comes first.
The DWP Lobby is open to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Telephone calls are taken through 5:00 p.m. After 5:00
p.m., all calls are taken through an answering service. The
standby service combined with DWP Office hours provide DWP
customers with a 24-hour answering service. In addition,
a 24-hour, payment drop box is available at 41972 Garstin
Drive.
The Customer Service Department consists of a Senior Customer
Service Representative, three Customer
Service Representatives and a Dispatch Clerk.
