The service charge and rehabilitation fees are “readiness to serve” charges applicable to all connected services. This amount is charged regardless of any water usage or whether the service is turned on or off. The purpose of the service charge is to keep the water system in a condition that is ready to serve ALL customers at any given time. The rehabilitation fee is specifically designated to fund needed improvements to the water system.

The debt service charge is used to repay the debt for the purchase of the Water System.
