SERVICE CHARGES (TWO-MONTH PERIOD):

The service charge is a “readiness to serve” charge applicable to all connected services. This amount is charged regardless of any water usage or whether the service is turned on or off. The purpose of the service charge is to keep the water system in a condition that is ready to serve ALL customers at any given time. The service charge also designates funds needed for improvements to the water system.
