DWP BUSINESS HOURS

The DWP Lobby at 41972 Garstin Road is open to serve you from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is located between the County Library building and Big Bear Disposal. Telephone calls are taken from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After 5:30 p.m., all calls are taken through an answering service. The standby service combined with DWP Office hours provide DWP customers with a 24-hour answering service. In addition, a 24-hour, payment drop box is available at 41972 Garstin Drive.
