      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of the Department of Water & Power, City of Big Bear Lake, will conduct a Technical Review Team (TRT) Committee meeting on Friday, April 10, 2009, at 10:30 a.m., in the DWP Board Room, at 41972 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, California. Said meeting is being called pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California for the purpose of considering the following matter:

  1. Factors affecting well water levels: Precipitation, recent water production, annual production trends, current well hydrographs, and opportunities for ground water basin testing and management.

  2. Water Shortage Emergency Status: Review of the California Water Code and the current situation between production and well water levels.

  3. Review of the current Water Conservation Stage: Where do we go from here?

  4. Trends in new connections.

  5. Review of the current new connection limitation: Are 160 new connections per year contributing to the DWP’s long-term goals?

  6. Review of possible cooperative projects for supplemental water.
