MINUTES OF A SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
JUNE 16, 2006

A Special Board Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Department of Water & Power, City of Big Bear Lake, was called to order at 11:02 a.m., by Chairman Herrick, at the Orange County Water District, 10500 Ellis Avenue, Fountain Valley, CA.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:

Rick Herrick, Chairman
Barbara Willey, Treasurer
Fred Miller, Board Member

BOARD MEMBERS EXCUSED:

Susan Conley, Vice Chairman
Bill Speyers, Board Member

OTHERS PRESENT:

Jerome D. Gruber, General Manager

Discussion/Action Items

Several Board Members and the DWP General Manager attended a tour of the Orange County Water District.

Adjourn

No further action came before the Board, and Chairman Herrick adjourned the meeting at 1:17 p.m.
