Labor Relations - Unrepresented Hourly Employees

The City of Big Bear Lake, Department of Water and Power general employees elected to be unrepresented by a labor organization in November of 2016. On January 10, 2017 the DWP Board of Commissioners adopted DWP Policy Number 2017-01, Benefits and Working Conditions for Unrepresented Hourly Employees. View a copy of the policy.

Unrepresented Employees
